This is certainly not
my problem, but I know it can be a significant social handicap. I am aware (second-hand) of cases where an agency got some younger employees to groom and dress "older" so that they would be more effective in their jobs.
3 1/2 hours in a doctor's office and forfeited sleep for nothing but an implied insult...
