Have you tried using visualization? You mentioned that you miss walking in the woods, so if you feel like it would be helpful, try closing your eyes, take some deep breaths to relax yourself and try to visualize the woods, visualize yourself walking in them. If that doesn't work, perhaps looking at pictures or woods would be helpful? Just to remember that there IS beauty out there and just because you don't live near the woods anymore doesn't mean you can't still enjoy them.
