I couldn't let someone cut me, for me cutting or other SI is about having that control when I feel the most out of control. Letting someone else do it would probably make me feel more out of control.

However I do get tattoos because I enjoy the feeling...but it's more actually a relaxing feeling than pain and I get artwork from it if that makes sense.
