Well. I decided that I wanted to get some meds finally because I was expecting to have a rough year with teaching in the upcoming year (this year!). So I was seeking that out, and then there was a mental health worker at my appointment with the psychiatrist, and then he made an appointment for me to go and see him, and he is who I have to basically go through to see the psychiatrist...
So I sorta didn't seek that out. I sort of got thrown into it.
