the reason why you may not be getting an answer is because here in the USA today is a holiday called thanksgiving, many people start traveling during the months of November to be with their families instead of being on the internet.

another reason you may not be getting any answers is because we cant tell each other what to do, only you can say what to do about your thoughts and how to best handle them.

all we do here is share with each other a bit of our lives and problems. then if someone has the same problem that has been posted about, they reply back about how that problem affects their self and how their own treatment providers (doctors, therapists, psychiatrists...) are helping them to deal with the problem.

those that are comfortable doing so also click on the thanks button and hugs button, to let each other know someone is reading and understands or when we want to thank someone for what they replied or virtually give someone a hug.

my own treatment providers tell me that for me its ok to have both negative and positive thoughts.

to find out whats best for you contact your treatment providers, they will help you figure out the best way for you to handle your thoughts.
