we are humans and we all have positive and negative thoughts.the trick is to keep them balanced .YOu may choose not to dwell on negative thoughts and encourage positive behavior and positive thoughts,but you can not live your life forcing yourself to feel good by remembering or imagining pleasant ideas/images.Your brain has analytical capacity which may prevent you from living in fairy tale dreamland and force you to have unpleasant thoughts.it is great that you have a good imagination,but you have to be able to find beauty in real life,otherwise what you are doing is shutting off the reality because in's not easily perceived as pleasant and living in made up dreamland.
Dare to live and see the beauty in reality,dreams are confusing illusion eluding reality
