Sorry you are feeling bad again. So am I. I was more hopeful this morning but I haven't done anything. I haven't eaten in days. I haven't showered or changed clothes. I'm supposed to be working on a paper and there is just no way I could do that. Plus my shrink is away for another week so I have no support. It totally sucks. And when I post here I hardly get any responses. It feels awful.
