Thank you everyone for all of the replies!
I definitely think walking is good. I like to do it when it is warm, but it is bone-chilling up where I am at. Exercise is a definite must as I have gained some weight (and Thanksgiving surely didn't help!).
I will definitely check out youtube and try painting as a stress reliever!
