I have the holiday blues many years. I try to have low expectations and then I am not disappointed. If I can just do one thing that day it helps. I do a lot of reading and relaxing. I am not sure what my christmas plans will be. I am trying this year to tough it out. Just stay home when everyone is out. Stock up on food, so I don't have to,deal with the people who are so,stressed they have holiday rage. I feel for you and just want to get into the part of year where people do not have to feel left out and lonely. Wish me luck for Christmas Eve and day.
