Help. I am trying not to freak out over this ipod nano.

It is stuck. I have no idea why or how. It is stuck on the Now Playing screen, but not doing anything. No sound, won't change songs, nothing. Won't let me get back to the main menu, won't shut off. It is frozen.

Do I have to let the juice run out?

I am trying not to have a meltdown. I got my hubby a notebook for Christmas and had to send it back for repair because a button was broken. Got it back and now am waiting for the recovery discs to come from HP because they neglected to reset it at the factory after they messed with it. It's been two weeks.

I am having an electronic meltdown.
