It takes time (if ever) for family to understand. That's not to dishearten you... but mh is hard to understand for those that haven't faced it... and that often includes those closest to us.

Saying that, take something on board that they have said:

"you need to go do something"

Which is true if we want to ease the pain and despondency. Speak to your Dr, get an appointment with a T... these are the steps in the right direction.

We don't 'choose' to be this way... I bet everyone here if given the choice would love to be happy or at least more balanced and closer to the middle. We can find means to fight it though...
