i am so sick of binging. i've been doing it nearly every night. thursday night i ate so much and i made a vow that i would stop. i did ok on fri. but tonight i have eaten so much again that i am sick. i don't know how to stop this. then to make up for it i go hours w/o eating the next day or try to ride the exercise bike for over an hour to burn 1000 or more calories. it makes me so mad. i'm hating this. why do i do this? i just love food and i feel like i want to keep eating because it tastes so good, but it's not healthy. i just want to cry. thank you for listening.
