Timing is one of the negatives with my T, she has a clock in a each office but doesn't really seem to use them. She rather senses when we have worked enough for the day or if I need more time. Her sessions are supposed to be 1h, but actually tend to range from 45 minutes to 1h15... but went up to 2h once when I was really struggling.

On top of this she's always up to an hour late. I used to be annoyed by it, but honestly I now appreciate the time to ground myself when I arrive in her waiting room.
