I don't remember what mood you were showing before, if any, but now I see no mood icon next to your posts. That may be what "Change Mood" gets saved as, if you leave it selected.

Re: "didn't know how to reload" -- in some browsers that control is called "Refresh" instead. Here's what it looks like in Firefox:


I also get a menu with a "Reload" option if I right-click on some part of the page that isn't a link or a control button. That's in Firefox running under Windows (XP, and I imagine other versions too). I'm not sure what you'd see after a right-click in Internet Explorer or Chrome, or Ctrl-click in Safari.
