Being drug sensitive is a good thing. It makes it easier to adjust if necessary.
I agree you should always be cautious when disclosing health related information. It is private and should stay that way as much as possible. That is why I wondered about an adviser at school. You could talk to one without disclosing the exact nature of your issues, just to see what the school policies are, maybe?

What lifestyle changes have you made? Are you talking food/exercise type things or hard things like moving, changing jobs?

Do you have other support around you? Friends, family?
