I switched from Prozac, Luvox to Lexapro. I didn't really get brain zaps, but more towards the common side effects. SSRIs didn't work for me. (come to think of it, my current med is not working as well)
Maybe prozac might be it for you?
I'm not too sure about psych meds... hang in there!
