Everytime I decide to cut back on sugars amd carbs and workout mom eithrr makes somrthing really good, or us friends plam to hangout and pig out or my periods come up and i get lazier than usual.
I keep telling myself to not indulge in all that ive tasted a million times before but aahhhh the SMELLLL!!!!!
The biggest mistake I make is I workout (usually Tiffany Rothe videos) for week straight amd then I give up, that makes my body even fatter
I've aimed to workout 15mins in the morning and 30mims in the evening but laziness tAkes over me!!
Help anyone!!!
