My dr didnt tell me how. I told him I wanted off all my meds (I take 150mg Lamotrogine, 40mg Celexa and 75mg topiramate) and he said he thinks I should stay on the anti depressants at least until February-April because of seasonal depression. He did tell me ultimately it's my decision. At the moment I don't know weather I will stop or not. I want off all of them, but at the same time I am scared of spiralling out of control with my moods, especially where I am going to be going back to work in the next couple weeks.
