You don't have to act on thoughts like that. It isn't to act on but to think about; it's there to tell us how much pain we are in. It is saying "look at me!" "listen to me!" because I am in such pain!
Do you have a therapist you can talk to today? If not, you can call a crisis hotline and talk to someone there who will listen. You could decide to find a therapist if you don't have one, calling your insurance company or therapists in your area.
And of course you can keep writing here.
