You've been very helpful I agree 100% the diagnosis and disorder is just a title, and trying to better yourself specifically towards what you want is the best way to cope with a disorder to me. I have my own sets of rules I've been trying to develop to keep myself out of jail and be successful...first on the list is try to help others
