Hey guys,
I have been told by my CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) today that I am choosing to not sleep as I'm getting more than 6 hours a night. He says its my sleep pattern that's needing worked on. But I don't know what to do. I take my meds and they just don't have the sedation effect anymore. What do you guys all do to make you sleep? I'm struggling to sleep and to get up at a decent hour
