I've been getting a lot of help from the Tyra Banks show. I love her because she's a beautiful woman, but she's not afraid to show her quirks and silliness. The topics of her shows range from relationship help to body image help to addictions to beaty. She may not be everyone's image of a roll model, but she's done wonders for me. Who is yours?
