I can relate so much to waggiedog!
I can do so well during the day. Getting my calories (empty ones) from my coffee creamer that I drink (coffee not cream) all day. Then I can get thru a decent dinner but as soon as I put kids in bed I start w/ the food & don't really notice how much I'm eating till I'm ready to go to bed. Then I'm pi$$ed off @ myself for eating.
Weight used to come off easily. Now I'm older & nothing is budging. I'm 30 lbs over so I asked for my nurse practitioner's help bec it effects my mood so much & adds to my depression. She said she'd help me but I think there's something else there that's causing this.
Like felixstratton said is there something else going on?
