I have often felt like that myself. I am depressed and anxious every day. I hate it. But, I have hope. I get hope from wherever I can--my therapist, a friend, a chance encounter, this site. Right now it may be hard to hear this, but TODAY, be your own best friend. Take good care of yourself. Love yourself. I know it is hard. I have been there. Today, do something that you would absolutely love to do--because you need it, because you deserve it. Take some deep relaxing breaths. In your mind go to a very special place. Stay there for awhile. Take some more deep relaxing breaths. And that special place, you can go to any time you want.
