Life sometimes feels like a never ending tunnel really. And I understand I am going through a lot right now and ended up on the suicide hotline three times in one week. It gets hard to see that there is a light shining through all the gray in your head, but sometimes it takes searching or relaxation. Look for something you enjoy.. for me its running but with winter here i feel like theres no escape. I dont want to lose my fight to suicide so i am still looking for positivity..
