This is tricky. I think the reason you're freaking-out is because she is more relaxed about the relationship than you are, and you can see that, and so it makes you have doubts. It doesn't mean she likes you less than you like her.
That said, it would drive me nuts not to know where someone else stood as well. Maybe you should do yourself a favor, and tell her about how you really feel. Try not to worry about rejection (easier said than done). I'm putting myself in your shoes, and I don't think I would be able to handle this day in, and day out. Just tell her! Well I know she seems to be more relaxed about it but the one day I did go off line without an explanation I returned to a message from her saying "you left me without saying goodbye! D: "
But yes, there will come a time when I really need to do that but I just really want to be cautious not only for the rejection factor but I do like what we have already and I'm afraid to ruin it.
If it is to be, it will happen, I believe it, as long as I refrain from doing anythin in the midst of a panic that I will regret and push her away inadvertently.
