Do you know why you arent putting in as much effort? I get the tiredness, it can be exhausting when every day feels like a continual fight. But what is the alternative? To stay as you are? Would you truly be happy with that?
Those are the things i tell/ask myself when i think the same as you are right now.
Come on, fight just a little harder? A little longer? You are worth it! Perhaps explain this to your T and s/he can help you to figure out why you are sabotaging yourself by not helping yourself.
