I think it's pretty common to reach a point where you plateau for a while. Think of it like a resting period - a time to catch up to the progress you've made. It would be an unrealistic goal to make continuous progress forever.

Have you talked to your therapist about your goals and whether or not they are realistic? If they are, what's keeping you from getting to them? Is there work you need to do, but can't face yet? Talk to your therapist. You're a team - the two of you will figure it out together.
