I also take NSAIDs for pain when it pops up.

The combo with SSRI increases risks of sudden stomach bleeds by 12 times. Some doctors don't think it is a big enough risk, some do. It is I guess a matter of risk and benefit.

Also daily NSAID alone increases chances of stroke and heart attack. I don't know if this is different with SSRI added or just the gastric bleed thing.

I was told by one doctor that he simply does not prescribe both and recommends you not to take an OTC version. But he also said if you absolutely need to gamble, always take the pain med with a stomach protective med (like zantac or prilosec). I do that and I hope my stomach suddenly don't start bleeding because I hear those are often deep down in the stomach and hard to repair.
