Being BP myself but also currently really thinking and considering getting pregnant more. I understand that this time in your life will be both a good and possibly bad time for you.
I take it like a lot of both BPs you are probably fairly emotionally sensitive ? Wither it be friends or family that cause you stress fairly often, you need to either limit contact with them. Seriously sit them down and have a long chat with them.
About what is going on and how for your sake for the child's sake you need them to set up boundaries with you. Maybe doing this while in a therapy session if you have a therapist or setting it up would be good as well. You want to make sure that right now you pay not only a lot of attention to your baby but to yourself as well. Since both go hand and hand with each other.
