I was actually planning on making a topic about the same thing. My musical taste is pretty open by default--I used to be closed in to what my parents listened to, but I've since come out of that shell. During mania I find myself more likely to listen and seek out new music or just enjoy music a lot more than normal. I'm more driven to how the music makes me feel, so to that end it really doesn't matter what genre it is.

I also care about my appearance more when up as well. I get the urge to wear glasses or shades for some reason.
