I used to have the same problem - and to be honest when things aren't going well I still do at times.
The best thing for me was to get straight up in the mornings and do something. Even something small but that was productive - shower, feed the dogs, wash up. It gave me the boost and then I just kept trying to remind myself that I had done well and since I was up I should keep going. Some days were harder than others but eventually it became habit
