I agree with this. If relational and attachment issues are your need, this approach sounds great. I don't have those kinds of issues though (plenty of other issues

), and the relationship with my T is never a topic of discussion. Not because we don't have a strong relationship, but it is just not an issue we need to discuss.
It's nice that there are so many types of therapy available to meet peoples' varied needs.
