Definitely sounds like an anxiety/panic attack. The thing to remember is you aren't alone. Many of us have the same problems. The first one is always bad, but I promise it does get better from this. You'll begin to learn to control it more and more, to where you can stop them from escalating to the point they did today. That is if you continue to have them. Some people never have them, some people rarely have them, and some people have them constantly. I normally get one at least once a day.
It could have escalated from your OCD, which could have caused the attack, but it is an attack all the same.
