Paxel is poison, in my opinion. At least to me and my family members. The stuff nearly killed my mom, and made me have suicidal thoughts.
Adderall made me feel great, but the stuff also made me a lot more aggressive, loud, and fast talking. Which I am already all of those things so that was no bueno.
For me, Lexapro (Esitalopram) 20 MG combined with Abilify (Aripiprizole) 2 MG worked the best for me. Started with 10 MG of Lexapro, went up to 20, an d then added Abilify.
Note: I'm not currently on meds due to breastfeeding.
