I have had bi-polar for about four years now, and I feel like I still got a thing or two to learn about coping with it. I recently saw my PDoc, and he just told me to get my sleep regulated. Don't worry, folks, I googled "Better sleep" and intend to put that to practice.
Also I do mood journaling. I am going back into therapy next year.
So, somebody tell me, is there anything else I can do? I take my medication regularally too, by the way.
