This does happen to me. I usually wake up around 4:00 a.m., get coffee then go back in my bed (not back to sleep) until 6:30 or 7:00 mainly because I have no reason to be out of bed so early.
Lately, I've been going in bed around 6:00 p.m. but not taking my nighttime medication until 9:00 p.m. Just don't feel like staying out of bed after the evening news for some reason.
This is what depression looks like for me lately. A whole lot of nothing going on, except the bare minimum.
