An interesting thing is that when they called me yesterday to confirm the appointment they told me that it was scheduled with my Primary Care Doctor, although he did say that I would meet with him first I was hoping that it would be very brief and would spend the rest of the time with the Psychologist without him in the room, if he is in the room the entire time than I think that I will be significantly limited in the things I will discuss since I don't think that I would want to talk about the most intimate things with him in the room.

It is also pretty significant (especially given my struggles to accept boundaries) if I meet with this Psychologist on a regular basis because not only is the office very close to where I live but it is also contained within a shopping center that I go to all of the time, including the supermarket there at least once a week (sometimes more just to pick up a few items) so the odds of me running into her are significantly greater, however it should be noted that ALL of the places (in the shopping center or elsewhere) in the immediate area of where I live are what I consider (Full) Public locations where my boundary lines are roughly the same as most Therapists (and Psychologists or any other Health Care Professional), so the odds of us meeting somewhere beyond that (where my boundary lines differ) are not much greater than they would be with someone who is in another part of the metro area.
