Those are the things i tell/ask myself when i think the same as you are right now.
Come on, fight just a little harder? A little longer? You are worth it! Perhaps explain this to your T and s/he can help you to figure out why you are sabotaging yourself by not helping yourself.

I think I'll bring it up in my next therapy session and see what my T says.
You are right I don't want to stay as I am. It's just sooo hard sometimes.
