Thinking about dropping wb altogether. I have no libido and sort of anhedonia in general... I like to do activities and eat things I always have but they no longer provide me much pleasure. I just eat for nutrition and hunger but everything is... meh. If I smoked, I think I definitely would have quit on wb. I originally started it to try and give myself a motivational boost and get over some social anxiety over being long term unemployed, but it doesn't seem to help with that. But I definitely didn't think it would destroy my libido as it has.
