Then maybe you should post in the Sexual Abuse forum... and leave the "religious" content out. I, as a Christian, get triggered by some of your "religious" beliefs, Rhap. And it always seems to show up in your posts one way or the other.
Maybe it's time that you accepted the fact that your sexual abuse has colored most of your thinking. If I'm not mistaken, it's ongoing in different ways.
Pardon me for saying so, but I think it's your present abusers you should be confronting with your issues rather than stir up conflict here on the forums.
If you post in Sexual Abuse and admit you have issues there, you may not be confronted as quickly or as easily. Your post that got locked felt to some of us that you wanted US to do something about your issues and play by YOUR rules. Only YOU can do that. Life is what it is. This world is what it is. YOU need to learn to deal with the problems it causes YOU.
Last year, KD and I tried to keep a thread alive that dealt with the laws surrounding child abuse; Jessica's Law and Megan's Law. However, we didn't shove it in people's face. It was in the Sexual Abuse forum. It didn't look to me that anyone took it seriously. You'd think that those that were sexually abused as children would like to make the laws more stringent and protect other children. It was frustrating for me and maybe KD, too. It just didn't have the argumentative tone to it that I feel most of your posts have.
There's a way to say things, put ideas across to others so that it isn't confrontational, judgemental or cause conflict. Believe me, I know! I've had to learn the same lesson myself!
