a person who lives in the same building as me plays her music so loud that the pictures on my wall fall off. I asked her to turn it down, she in not so kind words said no. I told her if she didn't that I would call the cops. I ended up just going for a walk, but I guess someone did call the cops and she thinks it was me. She has posted all over Facebook and text messages to me how much of a waste of life I am and no one wants me around. I am worthless. Just in general taunting me. But...because she hasn't said she would physically hurt me in any specific way no one can do anything. I just literally tip toe around my apartment afraid to leave and run into her, and have nightmares every night of her kicking my door in and hurting me. I would just move, but I don't have the money to right now.
