You need carbohydrates for energy. The fact that you are trying to cut back on them might contribute to your lack of motivation to work out. Also, your workout might be boring for you. Plus the time of the year. Maybe use loud, upbeat music to motivate yourself. Plus, the fact that you are doing the same routine again and again might be contributing to flagging motivation.

The key is to treat this as a solvable problem and not to chastise yourself using terms such as "procrastinator" and "lazy".
