You got her! That's cyber bullying. Get screen shots of her facebook posts before she deletes them. Since this is a Internet issue, Homeland Security is in charge of Internet security. I know they were created for terrorists and such but as any gov agency suddenly their responsibility has expanded. They may just refer this to the local police but if Homeland tells them to act they act. At any rate just keep taking screen shots, she is GIVING YOU evidence. You have that and the noise disturbances!

This should be treated seriously. People have committed suicide over cyber bullying, your local police are not current with this. They treated as a typical domestic dispute. She crossed the line with facebook. It's the same as if she yelled at you and insulted you in from of hundreds of people, only worse!
