What is the best treatment for anxiety? If I am correct I believe it is CBT? But is it just talking about it? Wouldn't a form of desensitization be better? Although it seems some forms of that would not work well in an office setting. Im so sad and feel overpowered by this anxiety. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
First on my list is to discuss medication options with my pdoc, but some form of therapy seems appropriate as well.
