<font color="purple"> </font> latley I have felt it very difficult to keep my appts with my therapist. When I go, I do feel better after I leave, but honestly, I think I dhould be feeling better that I am. How do you know if it is time to seek someone else? I have been going to her since July. She has referred me several times to another therapist that does relaxation, imagery. But I feel that CBT is the best therapy for me. I don't know if she is strong enough in this area. Can someone please give some suggestions?
