Hi...you should realize that we all make mistakes....I never try to get on the case of someone who works under me for a mistake but I do always try to teach them how to avoid that mistake and learn from it. Anyone who acts like they do not make mistakes is a liar. I think confident people realize this fact and have learned to be more self aware.
A worker who cares and tries hard is definitely appreciated by me.
