Crying is cleansing sometimes....When you get a break, maybe writing down all that is bugging you. Pick one thing on the list and make an effort to fix it....or at the very least, change it so it's not as stressful for you. Please remember that our worries work us up way more than we need to be about an issue. Think of the very worst scenario, figure out a way to get through it or how you could react if it actually happens and more than likely, the very worst won't even happen. Having a plan is better than not....it makes you feel more in control and that is a GOOD thing
