Success!!!! I managed to end the week without going in to the behavioral unit aka hospital. Being put pack on a medication that helped has helped a bit. Still wanting to si, and the urges are high now, I so want to just stay up all night, to mainly get assignments done, but I do need to sleep. I just wish I had more time to get things done, when I want to actually get things done.

Oh and it snowed here...... that so does not help the sui thoughts..... or wanting to just stay at home and not go outside in the winter weather. There's about 2-3 inches outside... and more flakes keep falling down.
