I try to take small steps and get a good night's sleep before the exams. Receiving a good mark makes me feel awesome and that's really the only thing that keeps me going. Procrastination and mild depression/anxiety really kicks in for me during finals.

Sorry to hear I used to be the same way! I agree with you sleep is crucial, I found regular exercise helped a ton to relieve stress! Best of luck...you'll do great!!
